This Privacy Policy describes how Kikomedy GmbH, St. Gallen, Switzerland ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Moonshot application ("App"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect identity documents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other directly identifying personal information. To deliver gameplay, the App processes only the data inherently required to run a wallet-connected on-chain game:
We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, or any other wallet secret, and we will never ask you for them.
Deposits and withdrawals occur on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible by nature. Your wallet address and its transaction history with the App are accessible to anyone who inspects the Solana ledger. We do not control this data and cannot delete or modify it. No additional personal data is collected beyond what is inherent to blockchain transactions and what is described in Section 1.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, government IDs, precise location data, device identifiers used for advertising, browser fingerprints, cookies for tracking, third-party analytics data, or any other personal information beyond what is described in Section 1. The App does not embed third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
The App interacts with the Solana blockchain network. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed by Solana validators operating the public Solana network. You use a third-party wallet provider (for example Phantom, Solflare, or the Seeker Wallet) connected via the Mobile Wallet Adapter to sign transactions; that wallet provider has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. We also rely on standard infrastructure providers (such as our hosting provider and Solana RPC endpoint operators) to operate the App; these providers may process technical request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of routing traffic, governed by their own policies.
We use the data described in Section 1 solely to: operate gameplay (start and settle rounds, credit and debit balances, process cash outs); verify the integrity of deposits and withdrawals; enforce these Terms and prevent abuse (such as multi-accounting or exploitation of bugs); debug and improve the service; and comply with applicable law. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
We do not store wallet secrets, so there are no private keys for us to lose. For the operational data we do hold (wallet addresses, bet/cashout records, balances), we maintain reasonable security practices including TLS encryption for all client/server traffic, authenticated WebSocket sessions tied to wallet-signed challenges, and standard server hardening. Your wallet security itself is your own responsibility — we strongly recommend using a reputable wallet provider and safeguarding your seed phrase.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the App, please contact us.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of users. Publicly visible blockchain data is, by nature of the Solana network, accessible to anyone.
We retain operational data (wallet addresses, bet and cashout records, balance ledger entries) for as long as needed to operate the App, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. On-chain data (deposits, withdrawals) is retained permanently on the Solana blockchain and is outside our control.
You can request deletion of your Moonshot account at any time by emailing studio@kikomedy.com. To protect your funds, we will ask you to prove control of the wallet associated with the account (for example by signing a verification message with that wallet). The process is:
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in relation to data we control. Because we identify you only by a public wallet address that you control, you can exercise effective erasure of your link to the App by ceasing use and disconnecting your wallet. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Note that blockchain data cannot be erased due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers; this is an inherent characteristic of the technology and is acknowledged as such under guidance from EU data protection authorities.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
By using the App, you consent to your interaction with the Solana blockchain regardless of your location, and to our processing the data described in Section 1 in Switzerland and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure is operated. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the App complies with local laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Material changes will be announced through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
